Hallelujah – it’s soup season! As you know, I’m a big fan of recipes that include everything I’d normally feed my family at meal time – a protein, vegetable, and starch (I’m so Midwest it hurts) – in ONE dish. They require less dishes to clean and more importantly less brain-power to think of three or more separate components to put on a plate. Am I making sense here? All that to say, soups, stews, and chili totally fit the bill and they’re my favorite kind of food to prepare, eat, and share.
