Pardon my French, but I am SO DARN EXCITED FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND! Ahem. It feels like the stress and anxiety of the past year is lessening each and every day, and I’m beyond excited to usher in summer with a holiday weekend that honors service and expresses gratefulness. Ben, the kids, and I have some fun plans on deck, which I’m excited to share with you later on, but first we’ll be gathering with friends and family to eat, drink, and be merry with many of the gluten free, Memorial Day-friendly recipes below.
