With two kids under 3, I don’t have much patience for a complicated recipe — especially when it comes to weeknight dinners. That’s why this easy Boursin pasta recipe has been a lifesaver! It’s perfect for those busy weeknights when I want something delicious but don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen. Plus, you guys absolutely LOVED this one-pot Boursin pasta, so we knew it was time to add a baked one to the club. Just dump a handful of ingredients in the oven and let it do its magic while you work on other things. The result is a perfectly roasted, creamy sauce that coats every bite of pasta with flavor.
What’s In Baked Bursting Tomato Boursin Pasta
Olive oil: This is what gets the pasta sauce to roast up perfectly in the oven, plus it adds a nice depth of flavor. Tomato paste: Just a little bit of tomato paste goes a long way in adding a rich, tangy flavor to the sauce. White onion: Roasted onion adds a subtle sweetness to the sauce and also helps thicken it.
