We do not recommend freezing this chicken raw. For the same reason you don’t want to let the raw chicken sit overnight in acid. Feel free to grill this chicken first, let it cool completely and then place the cooked chicken in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you are ready to eat the chicken, remove the chicken and place it in the oven at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes to reheat.
