So here’s the recipe for this delicious sweet dish, along with important tips to remember. These cups taste awesome and you can use them with anything. You can add a mousse of your choice (I have added chocolate mousse). You can add berry stuffing. Even simple ice-cream also goes great. I have tried to make it a little healthier, so I have used Avocado Chocolate Mousse. It is creamy and delicious, and you won’t feel the difference.

TIPS TO REMEMBER

You can melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or in the Instant Pot. I have used semi-sweet chocolate chips. These work great for the recipe. You can also use white chocolate chips. They look beautiful. You can use water balloons or regular balloons. If you’re using a regular balloon then blow till it is 1-2 diameter in size. Before putting chocolate on the balloons, don’t forget to spray some cooking oil. That way when you pop the balloon, you can easily remove the balloon from the chocolate. Chill the cups for 2-3 hours. If cups are not chilled enough then you might leave fingerprints there. Add the mousse in cups before serving and garnish with berries.
