frozen strawberries – we prefer frozen fruit because it will make your smoothie nice and thick! frozen banana – only have fresh bananas? Not only does it add protein, but will make your smoothie so creamy! vanilla extract – a little vanilla brings out all the flavors.almond milk – really any kind of milk works. Feel free to use oat milk, soy milk, cashew milk, regular milk, or heck, even orange juice!
