My husband and I recently joined friends for a boat day on Lake of the Ozarks. It was as fun as you probably imagine. #partycovewut Take me back! We packed lunch to eat on the boat, including Turkey Avocado Hummus Wraps. They were SO quick and SO delicious that I just had to recreate to share with you here!

Deli turkey is layered on a tortilla with creamy hummus, cool avocado slices, and crispy pickles then rolled and sliced. This wrap proves you don’t have to jam a bunch of ingredients into a dish to make it delicious and craveable. This combination of simple ingredients is absolutely delicious, and super filling and satisfying too!

Start by slathering a flour-style tortilla with hummus. I really like the flavor of red pepper hummus with the other ingredients, though you can use whatever flavor of hummus you like best.

Next layer on a couple slices of deli turkey.

Followed by freshly avocado and sliced pickles, which add a crispy, salty bite.

Roll & slice!

These wraps keep perfectly in a Ziploc bag or storage container until lunchtime — if you can wait that long to dig in!
